Call us for a free workplace safety assessment and consultation. It’s like a friendly safety audit and update where we would walk around your facility or jobsite with you, pointing out any potential Cal/OSHA issues such as hazards and possible violations. Afterwards, we will make recommendations for correction, whether or not you decide to use our services.

Of course, the inspection and consultation is complimentary and the information gathered is completely confidential. It could mean the difference in discovering expensive and completely avoidable citations. It’s well worth your time and there’s no obligation.

Cal/OSHA requires that companies have written safety programs. In addition to an IIPP all of the programs that pertain to a company’s industry are also required. At EEAP we will write your Documentation exclusively for your company, your industry and for your specific location. Plans will be kept current with the Cal/OSHA code for as long as you are on our monthly support plan. All programs will be implemented and your staff trained. The initial documentation cost is a one-time fee.

Depending on your needs, your inspections may include some of the following elements:

Cal/OSHA requires that companies conduct facility or job-site inspections to identify hazards and unsafe practices. You are required to maintain records of these inspections. As an EEAP client you may receive a Comprehensive Quarterly Inspection by an experienced and qualified safety inspector.

Cal/OSHA requires that every company in the state of California provide their employees with safety lessons. As an ongoing support services client, you will receive these mandatory lessons from a qualified and experienced safety trainer. (On-site lessons available in L.A., Orange, and San Bernardino Counties. San Diego County and Northern California receive all materials in English and or Spanish. We will train your trainer.)

Your safety training may include some of the following elements:

• We can provide 12 instructor-led safety lessons yearly
• All safety lessons can be offered in English or Spanish
• Quizzes available to test understanding of material
• We can email you additional weekly tailgate meetings
• Choose from more than 100 safety lessons available
• We help with the collection of sign-off sheets
• Train-the-Trainer coaching available upon request
• Management Responsibility Training
• Employee Recognition, Communication and
  Compliance Training

When Cal/OSHA citations are involved, we help you deal with Cal/OSHA fairly and confidently. Don’t be abused by the system and don’t pay for unnecessary fines. In the event of a Cal/OSHA citation, our ongoing support customers receive the following types of services at no additional cost:

• Comprehensive Incident/Accident Investigation and Reports as Required
• Assistance in Contacting Cal/OSHA after an Incident
